Saturday Office Hours Update
Effective October 24, 2026, through January 2, 2027, our office will be closed to regular Saturday walk-in services.
However, Saturday appointments may still be requested for clients requiring assistance outside our regular business hours.
All Saturday appointments are subject to management approval, staff availability, and applicable Saturday appointment fees.

Saturday Appointments
Saturday appointments are available by request only and are subject to management approval, staff availability, and the services requested.
Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment. Our team will respond within 48 business hours. Appointments are confirmed only after approval and confirmation by Ramirez Accounting Services.
Saturday Appointment Fees
Saturday appointment fees are in addition to regular service fees.

CPA On-site: $300 / 2 hrs | $60/add'l hr
CPA Remote: $200 / 2 hrs | $40/add'l hr
Non-CPA On-site: $150 / 2 hrs | $30/add'l hr
Non-CPA Remote: $100 / 2 hrs | $20/add'l hr
Payment: Due at appointment. Additional Time: Appointments exceeding two hours will incur the applicable additional hourly rate. Additional time will be billed after the appointment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellations With 48 Hours or More Notice
Clients who cancel at least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of the Saturday appointment fee paid.
2. Cancellations With Less Than 48 Hours Notice
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. However, clients may reschedule their appointment one time, subject to availability and management approval.
3. No-Call / No-Show
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without providing advance notice will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Cancellation by Ramirez Accounting Services
If Ramirez Accounting Services must cancel a confirmed Saturday appointment, the client will receive a full refund of the Saturday appointment fee paid and will be offered an alternative appointment date.

Additional time beyond the first two hours will be billed after the appointment.
